Any Exchanges are handled by phone or email, using a new order to expedite exchanges. Please Call or Email us for Exchange Order 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it, please contact Tag Safari for a Return Authorization Number (RMA): 

For Customers in the United Kingdom & Europe:

  • Returns should be sent by a Trackable shipping Method Us:
  • Write the Return Merchandise Authorization number we give you on the Outside of the Returning Package
  • Include a copy of your Order in the package, indicating which items you are returning for Refund
  • Use a Shipping method with Tracking to safeguard your Return
  • Returns sent without first obtaining a (RMA) will incur a 10% restocking fee
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for all orders returned after 30 days of purchase 

COST OF SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE

Refunds take 7-10 days from the receipt of the item at the US distribution facility. 

Refunds are processed in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

We will refund the purchase price of the items you return, after they are received in our warehouse.

  • Clothing must be unused, unworn, have original tags and packaging to receive a FULL refund. 

TAG Safari values your support and wants you to be fully satisfied with the clothing and accessories you purchase.

We only use natural hand picked cotton materials that suit the most rugged conditions, and our accessories are made from genuine game skins obtained from renewable sustainable resources.

Defective Products:

Our facilities and team members employ strict quality controls and monitoring.  In rare cases, you may receive an item that appears to be defective. If so, please send an email to TagUK@tagsafari.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

Shipping Damage: 

If you receive our items and the packaging is damaged, please take ample photographs with your mobile phone of the damaged areas and resulting damage to the product immediately.

Within 24 hours of receiving or sooner, please contact the mail carrier, USPS, UPS, DHL, DPD etc to report the Damaged Package, then contact TAG Safari to report the damaged package, email the pics of the damaged packaging and contents, and send us your message with details to TagUK@TagSafari.com.
