TAG® Safari values your support and wants you to be fully satisfied with the clothing and accessories you purchase. We only use natural hand picked cotton materials that suit the most rugged conditions, and our accessories are made from genuine game skins obtained from renewable resources.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We do not want you to have any products you are not satisfied with. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by logging on to your account at www.tagsafari.co.uk and using your e-mail and password you selected when making the purchase or simply call us and we will issue the RMA. We will refund the purchase price of the items you return, after they are received in our warehouse. Clothing must be unused, unworn, have original tags and packaging to receive a refund. COST OF SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. A 10% re-stocking fee may apply for all orders returned after 30 days.

SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES

Orders received by 12 noon U.K (GMT) are Fulfilled on the same day and posted by our approved carriers dependent on region from our London Depot. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped on the first business day thereafter.

Average transit time is 3-5 business days, UK Wide. European Transit Time is between 3-10 days dependent on region.

NATURAL MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

We use handpicked long staple cotton from Africa. Characteristics include high tensile strength with natural slubs. The pigment-dyed and pre-washed made to fade process ensures uniqueness and no two products will have exactly the same color. Our game skins with their natural tick marks and scratches add character and are sourced from conservation programs, game farms and licensed hunts. We support the efforts of the CAMPFIRE Program in Zimbabwe.
